AVC Gemino, based in Kortrijk (Belgium), is taking another step in its international growth trajectory with the acquisition of FRAME Sistemas de Divisórias, a specialist in high-end architectural partition systems located in Sintra, near Lisbon. With this acquisition, AVC Gemino strengthens both its presence on the Portuguese market and its position as an international player in design-driven interior architectural solutions.
FRAME Sistemas de Divisórias will continue operating under the name AVC Gemino Portugal. The Portuguese company will be fully integrated into AVC Gemino’s international structure. Rui Santos will remain on board as a partner and, as General Manager, will lead the local operations, commercial development and further market expansion in Portugal.
The acquisition fits within AVC Gemino’s broader international strategy, which focuses on an integrated approach across the entire value chain: from Belgian innovation, engineering, design and production to local manufacturing and project execution. This combination is intended to guarantee customers worldwide consistent quality, technical expertise and reliable delivery for complex architectural projects.
Portugal represents a strategically important market in that regard. In addition to the growth potential of the domestic market, AVC Gemino also sees the country as an attractive base for further international expansion.
